Guided meditation has been proven to help with reducing stress. The meditations below are either contemplative or guided. The contemplative meditation goes into more of a mindfulness experience engaging all of the senses.

The 5 Whys is an exercise to help you understand why you feel/think about something the way that you do. It is helping you get to the core of your feeling/thought process. When you understand the foundation of your feeling/thought process you can work on developing a process to help you change how you feel/think about something if that is what you would like to do.


Coping Skills.pdf

Coping Skills have been proven to help reduce stress. The objective behind a coping skill is to help you deal with a situation or thought process that is challenging for you. When you engage in a positive coping skill you are allowing your brain to rest from whatever the challenge is and giving it room to explore calm and peace. In the state of calm and peace it opens up the door for new thoughts and ideas which may help you navigate the challenge.
