Healing for Balance 

What does healing for balance mean? The busyness of our lives can potentially lead us to have imbalances in our body. This imbalance could be physical, emotional, mental and/or spiritual. This imbalance can present itself with physical and/or emotional symptoms. The process and work that can be done to assist these imbalances in becoming more balanced is not complicated. There are energy healing art modalities that can assist you in finding balance in your body. We can work together to assist your body in finding more balance. Our ancestors have known that our bodies have the ability to heal themselves from many ailments. Now we are seeing more people practicing this in our world. Please read below to see what I offer to help you to find more balance on your journey. 

Emotion Code

The Emotion Code is an energy healing technique designed to help users identify and literally release Trapped Emotions - which we believe are harmful emotional energies from negative past events. Trapped Emotions may cause feelings of depression and anxiety, and may also block people from love and happiness and make them feel disconnected from others. Our premise is that Trapped Emotions are made of energy, just like the rest of the body, and that they exert an influence on the physical tissues. We believe this can cause acute discomfort and potential disease. Releasing Trapped Emotions can create the proper conditions for the body to heal - so physical  and emotional difficulties may disappear or become much more manageable.



Mindfulness Coaching

Mindfulness is asking us to calm the thoughts in our mind and use our senses to become aware of what we really need to be seeing, hearing, feeling and/or processing. The objective is to calm the mind so that you can "hear" what is in your heart. Mindfulness work can involve breath work, meditation, learning coping skills and finding your own set of tools to help calm your mind and hear your heart. Meditation isn't the only way to find calm, it is a great way, but not the only way. We will explore what coping skills are best for you and how to implement those.
